Our presentation Optimizing Shutdowns, Turnarounds and Outages Utilizing Digital Twins, Track 6 on April 21, 2022, will share how turnaround teams can utilize digital twins to dramatically improve communication and collaboration throughout their enterprise maintenance efforts through the “single pane of glass” that digital twins provide. Use digital twins to capture and share an asset’s true current state, precise location, nearby equipment, physical environment, dimensions, spacing, as well as relevant documents. Append the 3D digital twin model with all relevant asset documentation to support every phase of the turnaround process, especially helpful in start-up.
